Victoria is studying for a Masters in Music at Trinity College of Music under the tutelage of Head of Strings, Nic Pendlebury. She has been fortunate to receive scholarships from the TCM Trust, A. N. Driver Trust and for the year 2007-8 was a recipient of a Leverhulme Orchestral Mentorship Scholarship with the BBC Concert Orchestra. Victoria was also recipient of the Sir John Barbirolli Young Artists' Award from the Royal Philharmonic Society. She has been principal Viola in Trinity's Symphony Orchestra under Barry Wordsworth, and also Trinity's String Ensemble. Victoria has also appeared on Radio 3's 'In-Tune' performing with the highly acclaimed Coull Quartet.
Victoria has taken part in masterclasses with Andrei Viytovich, Garth Knox and the late Hugh Bean OBE, and also worked with Richard Hickox at the St. Endellion Festival. She has performed with the Jersey Symphony Orchestra, British Youth Opera, The London Philharmonic Youth Orchestra, National Musician's Symphony Orchestra and Victoria is due to perform a concerto with St Paul's Sinfonia during their next season. A highly active member of the European String Teachers Association, Victoria has recently been selected to represent British Students at the International Conference working with Ernst Kovacic on a Koch Foundation Award. Victoria gained her LTCL in teaching in 2006 and teaches at Trinity's Junior Department on their String Time course, and at Newton Preparatory School in Battersea. Victoria is also a chamber music coach on the Shipley Chamber Music Course, Grittleton Chamber Music Course and various music courses in France.
